Jamwest Beach: A Day on Seven Mile Beach
Jamwest Beach sits directly on Negril's famous Seven Mile Beach,and it's built for exactly the kind of unhurried beach day you'd expect — food, drinks, and ocean views without needing to leave your chair much.
Where to eat: Roast Grill is the food hub here, serving fresh seafood and jerk cuisine — think roasted lobster alongside authentic jerk chicken and pork, made with local ingredients. It's genuinely good beachfront dining, not just a snack stand, and worth planning a full lunch or dinner around.
Where to drink: Swing, the beachfront bar, is known for its signature "Intercooler" and a run of actual swings you can sit on right at the bar — a small touch that makes it one of the more photogenic spots on this stretch of beach.

Jamwest Motorsports & Adventure Park sits about 25–28 minutes outside Negril, near Little London. It's a legitimate day trip rather than a quick stop, so budget accordingly — taxis are easy to arrange from most hotels, and many tour operators bundle transportation directly into their activity packages.

Both locations run year-round, butthe dry season from December through April offers the most reliable sunny weather for outdoor activities at either one.
